Effects of prostaglandin E_1 on urinary protein and plasma albumin of primary nephrotic syndrome

目的 观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)对原发性肾病综合征 (PNS)患者尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白的影响。方法 40例PNS患者分为观察组 (n =2 0 )和对照组 (n =2 0 ) ,比较观察组静脉推注PGE1治疗前、后PNS患者的 2 4h尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白及平均动脉压的差异 ,同时与对照组进行比较。结果 治疗 2周后 ,两组患者 2 4h尿蛋白均较治疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,观察组 2 4h尿蛋白明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PGE1对两组患者血浆白蛋白和平均动脉压无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 PGE1可以减少PNS患者尿蛋白流失。

Objective To explore the effects of prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1) on 24?h urinary protein and plasma albumin in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 40 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into two groups:study group(PG E 1?10?μg·d -1 , n =20) and control group( n =20).Treatment period lasted for two weeks.24?h urinary protein and plasma albumin were measured before and after treatment in two groups.Results After treatments,the 24?h urinary protein reduced in a similar way in two groups compared with the pro treated( P < 0.01).In study group 24?h urinary protein was significantly less than that of control group( P <0.05).There were no significantly difference in plasma albumin and mean arterial blood pressure between two groups( P >0.05).Conclusions It is shown that PGE 1 can reduce the loss of urinary protein in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.
