摘要
通过金属醇盐水解制备了纳米TiO2 颗粒 ,用XRD、TEM、ICP等方法进行了分析与表征 ,给出了相关的工艺参数。实验结果表明 ,通过控制溶液的pH值和水解用水量 。
Nanoscale TiO\-2 particles were prepared by hydrolysis of metal-alkoxide,the relative parameters of they process provided.With XRD,TEM and ICP,the samples of TiO\-2 were characterized.It was resulted that yielding TiO\-2 particles of different crystallite size distribution and agglomerating level can be obtained through controlling the pH value of solution and water quantity during the reacting process.
