摘要
尊重和保护作者和编辑部的著作权 ,避免各种著作权纠纷的产生 ,这是一个十分紧迫的问题。本文根据新修改的《中华人民共和国著作权法》 。
It is a urgent task to esteem and protect the authors and editors copyright,which may arouse some trouble in copyright protection.This paper,based on the Copyright Law by The Peoples Republic of China, discusses about some issues and measures for copyright protection concerning the authors right and editors right.
