Both sculpt technique of 3D virtual model and key technique of realization of virtual model library with VRML are discussed thoroughly. With integrating of VRML program and tool software, model can be established rapidly,nicety and agility. The library technique is used for management of model library so that the structure of model file is clearly and the management of file is convenient。 The technique can be used in making courseware and network teaching.
