我国现行的炼厂绩效评估指标存在生产指标不全面、与经济类指标脱节、设置较为繁杂等问题。所罗门咨询公司的炼厂业绩指标把以往分离的财务、工艺技术以及其他非财务信息有机地结合起来,分为基础类、生产类、维修类和财务类,较为科学和合理。针对国内炼厂绩效评估指标存在的问题,建议对我国反映炼厂维修、有效负荷率以及获利能力等的指标进行补充。

Some problems exist with present performance indicators of refineries in China, such as the inadequacy of some production indicators, the lack of economic indicators and redundancies.
