通心络调控心衰大鼠β受体系统抑制心室重构的实验研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的 :探讨 β受体 -腺苷酸环化酶系统对心梗后心室重构的影响及其中药通心络对心室重构的干预作用。方法 :制备心梗后心衰模型 ,分别测定血流动力学参数 ,β受体密度 ,cAMP含量 ,电镜观察其超微结构的变化。结果 :通心络可改善心室重构大鼠的心功能 ,增加心肌 β受体密度和cAMP含量 ,改善重构造成的病理变化。结论 Objective:To study the influence of β-adrenoreceptor pathway on ventricular remodeling of rats with heart failure and the regulative effect of Tongxinluo on it.Methods:Model with heart failure was made by the way of myocardial infarction.The parameter of hemodynamics was determined,β-adrenegic receptor density(Bmax)and the content of cAMP were measured,and the changes of the ultrastructure were observed. Results: Tongxinluo could improve the cardiac function of rats with ventricual remodeling,increase Bmax and the contents of cAMP.It also relieve pathologic lesion caused by remodeling.Conclusions: Tongxinluo could depress the ventricular remodeling of rats with heart failure partially.
