孕妇外周血中游离胎儿DNA的生物学及其在产前诊断中的应用
摘要
孕妇外周血中游离胎儿DNA的存在 ,为非侵入性产前基因诊断开辟了崭新途径 ;检测手段的简便、高效及胎儿DNA的稳定性使我们在对性连锁遗传病及单基因遗传病进行产前诊断方面又有了新的进展。同时 ,血中游离胎儿DNA的浓度改变也与某些妊娠病理息息相关。这些均为今后的产前诊断及研究母胎间关系提供了更多思路。
