摘要
大剂量(500-5000kGy)^(60)COγ射线辐照使PET分子链断裂并导入含氧的苯环基团。TSC研究发现随辐照剂量增大,玻璃化温度降低,平均陷阱深度加深,初始载流子浓度升高,解俘获电流增大。γ辐照对偶极热松弛活化能和时间常数的影响较小。
The properties of molecular motion and trap of γirradiated poly-
(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) are studied by the method of TSC. ~60Co γ-irradiation
of a lafger dose (500-5000 kGy) leads to the breaking of macromolecular chain and
the increase of group dhensity of phenzyl with oxygen in PET. The α-peak of short-
circuit thermally stimulated current (corresponding to the glass transition temperature)
shifts to lower temperature when irradiation dose increases. The mean depth of
trap level, the initial density of chatge carriers and maximum of ρ-peak current
increase with the rise of irradiation dose. But γirradiation has not remarkable effect
on the activation energy and the time constant of dipolar thermal relaxation for the
main chain segmental motion in amorphous region of γ irradiated PET electrets.
