微波治疗牙本质过敏98例临床观察

Clinical observation of microwave treatment to 98 cases of dentin hypersensitivity

目的:探讨微波在牙本质过敏症中的疗效。方法:随机选择门诊牙本质过敏症患者98例134个牙,随机分为治疗组、对照组各49例。治疗组采用微波治疗,对照组采用格鲁玛脱敏剂（Gluma）治疗。评价治疗后即刻、2周、3个月、6个月疗效。结果:治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:微波治疗牙本质过敏症疗效显著,是一种有效的治疗方法。

AIM: To observe the effect of microwave therapy to dentin hypersensitivity. METHODS: A total of 98 patients with 134 teeth of dentin hypersensitivity were divided equally to the treatment and the control groups. The treatment group were treated by microwave therapy. The control group were treated by Gluma. The curative effects were evaluated immediately after the treatment, two weeks, three months and half year later. RESULTS: The curative effects of treatment group are superior to that of the control group. CONCLUSION: This study reveals that the microwave therapy to dentin hypersensitivity is effective and feasible.
