摘要
目的:比较3种激光手术方法治疗下颌智齿垂直阻生的临床效果。方法:对198例下颌第三磨牙垂直阻生分别用CO2激光、CO2+Nd:YAG激光和半导体激光进行冠周龈瓣切除,术后随访5d,观察治疗效果。结果:CO2激光治疗组84例,牙冠充分暴露80例,部分暴露4例,术后出血4例,无术后肿胀及疼痛;CO2+Nd:YAG激光治疗组67例,牙冠充分暴露65例,部分暴露2例,术后肿胀及疼痛各35例,出血2例;半导体激光治疗组47例,牙冠充分暴露47例,无术后肿胀、疼痛及出血。结论:激光手术方法可用于治疗下颌第三磨牙垂直阻生,其中半导体激光效果最好。
AIM:The intention of this study is to compare the effects of three kinds of laser operation in the treatment of vertical impaction of third lower molar. METHODS: The pericoronal flap of the impacted tooth in 198 cases was evaporated by CO2 laser, CO2 plus ND: YAG laser and semiconducting laser respectively. The patients were followed - up in 5 days and the effects of the treatment methods were compared. RESULTS; Among the 84 cases treated with CO2 laser, complete eruption of tooth crown was observed in 80 cases, partial eruption in 4, bleeding after operation in 4, swelling and pain following treatment were not observed. Among the 67 cases treated with CO2 plus ND; YAG laser, complete eruption of tooth crown was observed in 65 cases, partial eruption in 2, bleeding after operation in 2, swelling and pain in 35. Complete eruption of tooth crown was observed in all the 47 cases treated with semi conducting laser and no swelling and pain were observed in this group. CONCLUSION; The result shows that semiconducting laser is feasible in the treatment of vertically impacted third lower molar.
