γ射线辐射预聚甲基丙烯酸酯的低温光引发聚合及其应用

摘要 采用^(60)COγ射线预辐射技术,以甲基丙烯酸酯为主要材料制备预聚液,然后采用低温光引发聚合,包理生物组织,做出电镜超薄切片,观察生物组织的精细结构。 The method of gamma-ray preirradiation has been used to make resinwith methacrylates being the main materials. After preirradiation, the resin was inra-diated at low temperature to polymerize by UV-ray and the biological materials wereembedded in the polymeric block at the same time. Then it was sectioned into superthinsectionings by u1tramicrotome cutter. The superfine structures of the embeddedbiological materials were observed under electron microscopy.
