睾丸精原细胞瘤的超声诊断

Diagnosis of Seminoma with Ultrasound

目的 :研究睾丸精原细胞瘤的声像图特征与及其诊断价值。材料和方法 :分析经手术及病理证实的31例睾丸精原细胞瘤的声像图 ,对肿瘤大小、境界、质地、内部回声等指标作综合分析。结果 :超声诊断为睾丸精原细胞瘤29例 ,外伤血肿后机化1例 ,性质待定1例 ,超声诊断符合率93.5 %。结论 :目前超声不但具有无创伤性 ,而且具有高敏感性 。

To study the sonographaphic features of seminoma and its value in diagno sis. Materials and Methods:Though analysis of ultrasound imaging characteristics (included volume,demarcation,hardness and internal echoes of the tumor),31 case s were contrasted by operation and pathology.Results:There were 29 cases with se minoma,one case with trauma and calcification,one case with testicle mass of unk now origin.The accutacy was 93.5%.Conclusion:At present,ultrasound is not only innocent,but also safety and reliability.It can give powerful prove for the oper ation of testic tumor especially the semimoma.
