摘要
目的 研究不同浓度 Na F对大鼠脑的氧化损伤作用及 VE的保护作用。方法 大鼠脑匀浆施加不同浓度 Na F及 VE处理因素后 ,分别测定脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)和抗氧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)的活性。结果 不同浓度 Na F与大鼠脑匀浆在 37℃水浴 1h时 ,随着 Na F浓度的增加 ,MDA逐渐升高 ;并且能抑制大鼠脑匀浆的 SOD、GSH- Px活性 ;VE能拮抗 Na F诱导的大鼠脑匀浆脂质过氧化作用 ,提高GSH- Px活性。结论 Na F对大鼠脑损伤的机制可能与其抑制抗氧化酶的活性 ,造成脑组织氧化损伤作用增强有关。
Objective Study the effect of different concentrations of NaF on rat brain homogenate of oxidative injury and the protect effect of vitamin E.Methods Rat brain homogenate after treated with different concentrations of NaF and VE.MDA and the activity of SOD and GSH Px were determined.Results NaF resulted in lipid peroxidation of rat brain homogenate, decreasing the activity of SOD,GSH Px; VE can antagonize the lipid peroxidation resulted by NaF, increase the activity of GSH Px.Conclusions The mechanism of NaF injuring brain may be its inhibiting the activity of antioxidant enzymes and increasing oxidative injury of brain.
