燃煤型砷中毒患者死因的调查

The investigation of death about disease caused by coal-burning type of arsenic poisoning

目的 调查燃煤型砷中毒患者的死亡情况。方法 选择砷中毒病区患者集中、病例典型、调查资料完善、具代表性的自然村寨为调查点 ,根据 1992年以来对该调查点所调查的病例名单逐一核对 ,对死亡病例用统一表格调查登记。结果 1992年以来 ,调查点共死亡砷中毒患者 14 0例 ,男性死亡明显高于女性 ,年龄在 4 1～ 6 2岁之间 ,平均为 5 5岁。死因经初步调查为 16种 ,中毒死亡时间平均为 17.4年。结论 燃煤型砷中毒对人体各系统均有较明显的损害。死亡原因以消化、皮肤、呼吸系统病变为主 ,心、脑血管系统次之 ,泌尿系统。

Objective To investigate the situation of death and the time of death about disease by coal-burning type of arsenic poisoning.Methods We chose some nature villages where there are more patients of arsenic poisoning, and have a good investigation material and some typical case for our object.we checked the patients list which we investigated in 1992 one by one in the nature villages.We registered our investigation about the number of deaths.Results Since 1992,140 patients died of arsenic poisoning in the nature villages where we have investigated. It is very clear that man died more than woman.their ages are about 41~62.Their average ages are 55. We consider the reason of death which we have investigated initially is about 16 kinds. The average time from getting arsenic poisoning to death is 17.4 years.Conclusions Coal-burning type of arsenic poisoning harmed all kinds of body system clearly. The reason of death is remarkable. First, it caused by pathological changes of digestive system, skin system and respiratary system. Second caused by pathological changes of heart and brain blood vessel system. And then urinary system and blood system.
