摘要 目的 研制盐中碘含量检测标准物质。方法 基准碘酸钾与无碘精制盐充分混匀后 ,进行均匀性、稳定性测试、保存期观察和多个实验室定值 ,然后计算总不确定度。结果 所测标准物质的均匀性、稳定性良好 ,保存期可达 1年以上 ,总不确定度范围为 2~ 4 m g/ kg。 Objective To develop the reference materials for determining content of iodine in edible salt.Methods After fiducial potassium iodate was thoroughly mixed with refined salt free of iodine, a series of events such as tests for homogeneitys and stability,observations of shelf life and measurements of laboratory values were performed, and then the degree of Total Uncertainty was calculated.Results The test results showed that the reference materials had favorable homogeneity and stability as well as the shelf life could be as long as more than one year, and the range of Total Uncertainty was 2~4 mg/kg.Conclusions The developed reference materials meet the requirements of National Class Standard Substance.
