Design of the Bending Die for the Bottom Crossband

通过对下横条的结构与工艺分析,确定了下横条管夹弯曲的合理的工艺方案,并设计了能够同时弯直边和弯管夹的模具,提高了生产效率 。

Through the analysis of the structure and technological process of the bottom crossband, a reasonable process for bending the pipe nip of the bottom crossband was determined. A die that can bend the straight part and the pipe nip at the same time was designed. And it increased the production efficiency and lowered the cost.
