Design of the Multi-Cavity Injection Mould for the Front Rubber Support of the Engine

分析发动机前支承产品的性能、结构特点及橡胶注射机功能 ,设计了橡胶多腔注射模具 ,以改进单腔模制品性能如外观质量差、废品率高、效率低。

The performance and structure characteristics of the front support of the auto engine and the functions of the rubber injection machine were analyzed. A rubber injection mould of multi cavities was designed to improve the performances of the product from a single_cavity mould, such as bad outlook quality, high waster rate, low efficiency and high labor strength.
