摘要
对下运胶带输送机的制动问题进行了分析,介绍了一种新型液压制动系统的基本原理、组成和用途,以及液压制动系统的控制要求和工作状态,实践结果表明:采用该液压制动系统从根本上保证了大倾角下运胶带输送机的安全高效生产。
This paper begins with an analysis of the braking question of download belt conveyor, followed by an introduction of basic principle, components, use, control requests and working condition of a new kind of hydraulic dynamic braking system. The practical effort shows a download belt conveyor of great slope with the hydraulic dynamic braking system can be run radically with high efficiency and good safety.
