摘要 目的 探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)对人肝癌细胞EGFR/DNA表达的影响。方法 采用双参数流式细胞免疫荧光技术检测,结果 EGF短时间内上调肝癌细胞EGFR及DNA表达,随时间延长表现出下调作用。两种相对立的作用呈时间依赖性。结论 EGFR表达的变化可能是EGF对肝癌细胞表现出两种相对立作用的机理之一。 Objective To assay the effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on the expression of EGFR/DNA of human hepatoma cells. Methods Bivariated cellular immunofluorescence technique was used. Results EGF increased the expression of EGFR/DNA within a short time, and then decreased the expression of EGFR/DNA. It had two kinds of opposite effects on the growth of hepatoma cells, showing a time - dependant relationship. Conclusion The expression change of EGFR is probably one of the mechanisms of EGF efficiency on the growth of hepatoma cells.
