雷公藤多甙长程治疗肾小球肾炎疗效观察

Study on Glycoside of Radix Tripterygii in Long - Term Treatment ofa Variety Glomerulonephritis

目的 探索雷公藤多甙长程治疗多种肾小球肾炎的疗效及副作用。方法 肾活检证实的IgA肾病、原发系膜增生性肾炎、局灶节段性硬化性肾炎、紫癜性肾炎共60例,用雷公藤多甙片20mg,3次/d,服用12～18月,观察蛋白尿、血尿变化及副作用。结果60例患者中,26例缓解,16例好转,18例无效,总有效率70％。结论长程雷公藤多甙治疗多种肾小球肾炎有良好疗效,副作用少,复发率低。

Objective To assess the therapeutic effects and side actions of glycoside of radix tripterygii in long - term treatment of a variety glomerulonephritis. Methods Sixty patients with glomerulo-nephritis verified by renal biopsy, including 19 IgA nephropathy, 13 mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis MsPGN, 17 focal segmental glomerular sclerosis FSGS and 11 anaphylaxis purpura nephritis were treat with glycoside of radix tripterygii for 12-18 months. Proteinuria and hematuria of all patients were determined before taking medicine and after 12-18 months. Results The results showed that 26 patient had remission, 16 improvement, and 18 no effects. The total effective rate was 70%. Conclusion Long-term treatment of glycoside of radix tripterygii is effective, with less side actions and decreased the recurrence rate of IgAN MsPGN FSGS and anaphylactic purpura nephritis.
