摘要
从SiC/6061Al复合粉末的X射线衍射图谱分析出发,分析了高能球磨过程中磨球的运动方式,并引入了斜碰系数,计算出了复合粉末在高能球磨过程中的温升。结果表明,转速控制在230r/min左右,高能球磨过程中不会产生能量累积,粉末的温升不超过400℃,没有达到生成Al4C3的温度条件,所以高能球磨是一种很好的制备SiC弥散强化Al基复合材料的方法,而且制得的SiC/6061Al复合粉末具有优良的综合力学性能。
According to the Xray diffraction patterns of SiC/6061Al, the movement style of milling ball was analyzed during HEBM, an oblique collision factor was introduced, and temperature rise of the composites was calculated. Results showed that if rotations per minute were under 230r/min, temperature rise did not reach 400 ℃. Therefore, Al4C3 could not be synthesized and energy could not be accumulated during HEBM. So HEBM is an effective method for preparing Albase composites dispersedly strengthened by SiC. Moreover, the prepared SiC/6061Al composite has good mechanical properties.
