摘要
研究了模具企业的报价策略。分析了企业中现存的模具报价系统的缺点和不足 ,提出了一种集成的决策方案 ,并且开发了帮助企业进行决策的原型系统 ,这种决策支持方案以混合关联分析和多因素协商分析为理论基础 。
In this paper, bidding strategy is investigated for the die & mould industry. First, the shortcomings of existing bidding systems are analyzed. Next, an integrated decision support scheme is put forward and the prototype of a decision support system(DSS) is developed. Such a decision support scheme is based upon the conjoint analysis and multi-issue negotiation analysis theory. This DSS can help the enterprise win more customers over while furthest protecting the benefits of the enterprise itself. After introducing to the functions of the DSS, the authors illustrate an actual case in detail to explain the efficiency and effectiveness of DSS.
