基于UG的关联设计技术及其在级进模CAD系统中的应用

UG-based Associated Design Methods and Their Applications in the CAD for Progressive Die

自动化程度的高低已成为衡量 CAD系统性能的重要指标之一。通过对级进模设计过程的分析 ,阐述了关联设计在级进模 CAD系统中应用的必要性。结合 UG提供的二次开发平台 ,详述了三种关联设计方法及其实现机制 ,并以此为基础 ,探讨了其在级进模 CAD系统中的应用。

At present, design automation has become a criterion to weigh a CAD system are practical or not. In this paper, the necessities of applying associated design method in progressive die CAD system is first explained, then three types of associated design methods based on UG platform are discussed in detail. A progressive die CAD system which employs the associated design technology is introduced at last.
