摘要
三峡船闸人字门在国内首次设计用预应力锚杆来固定顶枢拉架,该固定法与地角螺栓固定法比较,可以改善闸顶面混凝土受力,简化结构设计,但增加了施工安装与预应力张拉难度.本文以锚杆张拉的工艺性实验为基础,优化了加载装置安装工艺及平衡加载控制方法.
The miter gate of Three Gorges permanent lock is designed first time in China with prestressed anchor rod to fix the tension carriage of the top pintle. Comparing with a ground bolt, this method can improve the stress distribution in the concrete of lock chamber and simplify the construction design. But it is more difficult to install and pull the prestressed anchor rod. This paper provides an optimal method of pulling test of prestressed anchor rod for the top pintle.
