摘要
以 1%的Na2 S2 O3 为中和剂 ,测定了五种质量浓度 10 0 ,2 0 ,4 ,0 8,0 16mg/LClO2 溶液对副溶血弧菌、毛霉亮发菌以及嗜水气单胞菌等河蟹致病菌的杀灭效果。同时以蛋白胨质量为材料测定了有机物对ClO2 杀菌效果的影响。结果表明 :0 8mg/L的ClO2 作用 15min、 0 16mg/L的ClO2 作用 30min可有效杀灭三种致病菌 ;蛋白胨浓度为 2 5mg/L时 ,对ClO2 的杀菌效果几乎没有影响 ,蛋白胨质量浓度为 12 5mg/L时 ,ClO2 作用 15min的杀菌率下降为 97 5 % ,蛋白胨质量浓度为 6 2 5mg/L时下降为 95 5 %。
The disinfecting action by several Chlorine Dioxide concentrations in neutralizing of 1% sodium hyposulfite,to Vibrio agaillarum,Leucothrix mucor and Aermonas hydrophila which are pathogenic bacteria of Eriocheir sinensis were determined.The results showed that the treatment of 0 8 mg/L Chlorine Dioxide function for 15 minutes or 0 16 mg/L for 30 minutes can disinfect the three pathogenic bacteria efficiently.25 mg/L peptone cant effect the disinfecting action of Chlorine Dioxide,while 125 mg/L reduce disinfect action to 97 5% and 625 mg/L to 95 5%.
