摘要
用含量均为 4 5 %的马铃薯淀粉、糊精、葡萄糖和 4 5 %马铃薯淀粉 +0 5 %Cr2 O3 为碳水化合物源的 4种试验饲料饲喂草鱼 ,5 0d后测定消化组织的淀粉酶活性。结果表明 ,各试验组消化组织的淀粉酶活性在摄食后下降 ,肝胰脏、前肠、中肠、后肠淀粉酶活性的最低值分别出现在摄食后 3h、 3h、 3~ 5h、 5~ 8h ,并且淀粉 +Cr2 O3 组的淀粉酶活性低于淀粉组。
Determination of amylase activity was proceeded after grass carp were raised with diets containing 45% starch,45% glucose,45% starch+0 5% Cr 2O 3,respectively.The results showed that the amylase activities in hepatopancreas,anterior intestine,middle intestine and posterior intestine decreased after feeding and reached a minimum level at 3 h,3 h 3~5 h,5~8 h,respectively.The amylase activities in the starch+Cr 2O 3 group were lower than those in the starch group.
