摘要
在回顾塑性成形与模具技术发展成就的基础上 ,指出模具工业的重要发展趋势——数字化。提出了模具数字化制造的几项主要支撑技术 ,即模具数字化设计、加工、分析技术以及模具数字化制造中的资源管理技术 ,并对这些支撑技术的现状、研究重点以及今后发展方向进行了评述 。
Based on the review of achievements of plasticity forming and die & mold technology, the important tendency of die & mold industry, digitalization, is pointed out in this paper. Several main supporting technologies of digitized die & mold manufacturing is also put forward, i.e., digitized die & mold design, manufacturing, analysis and resource management in production. The current status, research emphases and future direction of these supporting technologies are analyzed as well. Finally, the authors pointed out that it is important to strategically continue the research and development of digitized die & mold manufacturing technology, and accelerate the traditional die & mold industry by digitized manufacturing technology.
