摘要 以油脂为限制性碳源和能源,经50d驯化后,获得具有较高脂肪降解率的Y3菌群。该菌群主要由2种具有明显协同作 用的细菌组成,它们单独降解率极低,但作为群体存在时降解率大幅度升高。对Y3菌群的作用条件做了探讨,发现该菌群在温度为 25-40℃、pH=6~8、HRT=36h时,作用效果最好,当含油量为0.1%时,最高降解率可达95.7%。 Being the oil-decomposing microorganism, Y3, a mixture of two kinds of bacteria was isolated after 50-day domestication, which has been done under the condition that oil was taken as the limited carbon source. The decomposing rate of Y3 was higher than the rate of individual contained Y3, which showed that there was synergic reaction of the two bacteria. At the same time, under the conditions that T=25-40℃, pH=6-8, HRT=36h and the oil concentration was 0.1% found that the highest decomposing rate was 95.7%.
