痛立舒对动物子宫平滑肌解痉作用研究

STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF TONG LISHU ORAL SOLUTION ON ANIMAL UTERINE SMOOTH MUSCLES

目的 :观察痛立舒对大鼠、家兔在体及离体子宫平滑肌的解痉止痛作用。方法 :采用离体和整体子宫实验法。结果 :痛立舒对在体、离体子宫平滑肌均有松弛作用 ,并能对抗缩宫素 ,麦角新硷所致的痉挛。结论 :该药有抑制子宫平滑肌作用 。

Objective: To observe the effects of TongLiShu oral solution(TLS)on uterine smooth muscles(USM)of mice and rabbits. Methods: The spasmolytic effects of TLS were measured on isolated and in vivo USM of mice and rabbits. Results: TLS could significantly relax the spastic USM of mice and rabbits both in vitro and in vivo induced by oxytocin and ergometrine. Conclusion: TLS has good spasmalytic effects on USM of animal.
