摘要
目的 :探讨硫酸镁对兔全脑缺血后海马氨基酸含量的影响。方法 :15只兔 ,随机分为 3组 :对照组 (n=5 )、缺血组 (n =5 )和镁处理组 (n =5 )。阻断兔 4血管 6分钟 ,诱导全脑缺血。用高效液相色谱法测定各组缺血再灌注 30分钟兔海马谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、γ -氨基丁酸和甘氨酸含量。结果 :镁处理组海马天冬氨酸和甘氨酸显著低于缺血组 (P <0 .0 1) ,γ -氨基丁酸显著高于缺血组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :硫酸镁处理可使兔全脑缺血再灌注 30分钟海马天冬氨酸和甘氨酸的浓度下降以及γ -氨基丁酸的浓度相应增高 。
Objective: To research into the effect of magnesium sulfate on amino acid of hippocampus following global ischemia in rabbits. Methods:Fifteen rabbits were divided equally and randomly into three groups:control group(n=5),ischemic group(n=5)and magnesium treatment group(n=5). The global ischemia was produced by occluding 4 vessels for 6 min. The content of glutamate , aspartic acid, gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and glycine of hippocampus was measured 30 min after reperfusion by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results: The content of aspartic acid and glycine in magnesium treatment group was significantly higher than that of ischemic group(P<0.01). The content of GABA in magnesium treatment group was significantly lower than that of ischemic group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Magnesium treatment could decrease the content of aspartic acid and glycine, and increase the content of GABA of hippocampus 30 min after reperfusion following complete cerebral ischemia in rabbits. Therefore, magnesium sulfate has neural protection against cerebral ischemia.
