ELISA法与荧光定量PCR法检测HSVⅡ感染的应用研究

DETECTION OF HERPES SIMPKEX VIRUS Ⅱ WITH ELISA AND POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION

目的 :分析ELISA法和荧光定量PCR法联合检测生殖器疱疹感染HSVⅡ的敏感性。方法 :对 191例生殖器疱疹患者同时运用改良的ELISA法和荧光定量PCR法进行检测。结果 :ELISA法检测抗体阳性率为 6 1 8% ,荧光定量PCR法检测HSVⅡ阳性率 85 9% ,总阳性率 92 1%。结论 :荧光定量PCR法灵敏度优于ELISA法 。

Objective: To analyse the sensitivity of Detection of herpes simplex virus Ⅱ with ELISA and polymerase chain reaction. Method: Herpes simplex virus Ⅱ was detected with ELISA and polymerase chain reaction in 191 patients with genital herpes. Result: The sensitivity by ELISA was 61.8%, and by polymerase chain reaction was 85.9%, the tatal was 92.1%. Conclusion: The sensitivity of Polymerase chain reaction was superior to that of ELISA, and the sensitivity can be improved when the two are used together.
