研究了分光光度法测定维脑路通与三氯化铁反应生成传荷络合物的最佳反应条件。当维脑路通浓度为 37.1μg/ m L 时 ,相对标准偏差为 1.6 % ,测定的药物含量与地方标准一致。

A spectrophotometric method for the determination of venoruton based on the charge-transfer reaction has been developed.The average standard deviation of the determination is 1.6 %.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of venoruton raw material powder with satisfactory results.
