摘要
对 5 45 4铝镁合金材质的油冷器芯子在循环水介质中发生点蚀的机理进行了研究 ,根据拟定的防护措施进行了模拟试验和防护设计 ,采用镁合金阳极配合涂层对所有冷却器实施阴极保护 ,设备使用寿命由 4年提高到 12年以上 ,取得了良好的效果。
The mechanisms of pitting corrosion of 5454 aluminum-magnesium alloy tube bundle of oil cooler in cooling water was studied. The proposed protection measures were simulated in the tests and designed. The cathodic protection of all coolers by aluminum-magnesium alloy sacrificing anodes supported by coatings have extended the equipment service life from 4 years to over 12 years. Good results have been achieved.
