煤燃烧过程中汞元素形态转化的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 在一维煤粉燃烧炉上 ,利用液体吸附剂取样方法对煤燃烧过程中汞的化学形态分布规律进行了实验研究 .结果表明 ,在煤燃烧过程中 ,煤中绝大部分 (85 %以上 )的汞挥发进入气相 ,残留在底灰中的汞的比例则相当小 ;飞灰颗粒汞浓度大大超过底灰汞浓度 ,体现出汞的飞灰富集和底灰分散特性 ;由于飞灰残炭的吸附作用 ,烟气中的汞主要以颗粒态的形式存在 ,而以气态形式存在的汞较少 ;单质汞是气态汞的主要形式 ,占气态汞总量的 5 2 %~ 83 %. With liquid adsorbent method,this article researches into Hg speciation during coal combustion in a one-dimensional combustion test facility.The result indicates that most mercury in coal(≥85%) is vaporized into vapor during coal combustion.The proportion of residual mercury in bottom ash is very little.Mercury concentration in fly ash is far more than that in bottom ash.It is apparent that mercury is enriched in fly ash and dispersed in bottom ash.Mercury in flue mainly presents as particulate mercury,while a little mercury presents as gaseous mercury.It is due to the adsorption of residual carbon in fly ash.Element mercury is primary form of gaseous mercury.Element mercury contains 52%-83% of gaseous mercury,while bivalent mercury contains 17%-48%.
