液化气脱硫脱臭工艺存在问题的探讨 被引量:14

摘要 针对胺法脱硫装置运行过程中出现的胺液夹带、胺液热稳定性盐积聚和液化气的质量等问题,探讨了工艺原因及解决问题的思路。指出液化气胺液夹带是当前液化气铜片腐蚀和残余物超标的主要原因,在传统胺法脱硫流程上增加旋流分离器和固定床精脱硫设施,可有效解决胺液夹带对液化气铜片腐蚀的影响;同时分析了液化气碱法脱臭工艺存在的二硫化物夹带、碱液夹带和废碱渣等问题,提出了改进的工艺技术路线。 The cause of the operation problems occurred in amine desulfurization plant such as the accumulation of heat-stability salts, entrainment of amine liquid, the LPG quality and their resolution are discussed. The entrainment of amine liquid is the main reason that affects the unqualified copper strip corrosion and the residue of LPG. Revamping the tradition amine process with vortex separator system and fixed bed desulfurizing system can effectively minimize the said problems. The problems of disulfide and caustic liquid entrainment and waste caustic residue existed in caustic sweetening process are discussed. The improving technical route is proposed.
