介绍了LS系列催化剂的性能特点和在胜利炼油厂80kt/a硫磺回收及尾气处理装置的装填使用、运行考核情况,标定数据表明,LS系列催化剂具有很高的活性和稳定性,投用后装置的总硫转化率和总硫回收率分别达到97％和99％的水平,硫磺产品质量达到国家一级品标准。
The properties of LS series catalysts and their loading, running and examining situation on a 80kt/a sulfur recovery and tail gas processing unit in Shengli Refinery are introduced. The commissioning test data indicated that the total sulfur conversion and the sulfur recovery rate reached 97% and 99% respectively, and the sulfur product met the national first grade standard. LS series catalysts also possess high activity and stability.
