摘要
针对使用非色散红外法对卷烟主流烟气中CO检测所导致的操作不便、无法实现在线逐口检测的缺陷,设计了一套基于LabVIEW采用TDLAS(tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy)技术对卷烟主流烟气中CO进行在线检测的系统。硬件结构主要包括一台用于卷烟逐口抽吸的吸烟机,以及用于气体浓度检测的TDLAS控制器。通过对TDLAS控制器中锁相放大器输出的二次谐波信号进行采集和处理,计算出逐口抽吸得到的主流烟气中CO浓度。逐口抽吸的体积一定,进而可以计算出逐口抽吸的主流烟气中CO含量。通过实验结果证明,系统能够有效对卷烟主流烟气中CO进行在线逐口检测,且运行稳定可靠。
To eliminate the defects of inconvenience operation,puff-by-puff detection that can't be done online which caused by using non-dispersive infrared method to detect CO in cigarette mainstream smoke,a new online detection system using tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)technology is established based on LabVIEW.The system hardware mainly consists of a smoking machine for cigarette smoking and a TDLAS controller for CO detection.By processing the data acquired from the lock-in amplifier that housed in TDLAS controller,the concentration of CO in cigarette mainstream smoke is calculated.Thus the content of CO in each puff can also be calculated with definite volume.The result shows that the system can effectively detect the content of CO in cigarette mainstream smoke puff-by-puff and online with a stable and reliable operation.
