企业如何创造价值:需求观点和供给观点及其融合 被引量:3

摘要 满足客户的需求而获得收入是企业价值实现的必要过程;企业创造价值的方式主要是增加收入和降低成本。本文认为,两种增加价值的方式决定了企业在经营过程中可以采取不同的供应链、不同的创新管理模式和竞争机制,从而形成了创造价值的需求管理和供给管理两种观点。
