薄板坯连铸连轧过程温度场模拟 被引量:1

Simulation of heat transfer during thin slab continuous casting and rolling

摘要 基于有限差分法建立薄板坯连铸连轧过程三维传热分析模型,考虑复杂传热边界条件及温度和合金元素对铸坯物性的影响。模拟计算结果同理论分析及商用有限元软件计算结果接近,可以用于铸坯缺陷分析及生产工艺的优化。 A three-dimensional solidification and heat transfer model based on the FDM has been developed for the analysis of the thin slab continuous casting and rolling process. Complicated boundary conditions and temperature-composition dependent property parameters are taken into account. The calculated temperature results are consistent with that by using theoretical analysis and commercial software.The model can be applied for the analysis of the metallurgical defects and optimization of the process technology.
