流化式生物膜反应器废水处理研究

摘要 流化式生物膜是一种新型高效的废水生物处理技术,兼具活性污泥法和生物膜法的优点,本文通过动态试验,对自制的生物膜载体处理含酚废水的效能进行了重点考察,表明该法明显优于吸附再生活性污泥法,在保持较高的去除率条件下,COD和酚的去除负荷是其3倍左右,载体挂膜快,膜厚适宜,易于流化,抗冲击负荷能力强,具有较高的脱氢酶活性。 The fluidized biofim method is a new type and highly efficient wastewater treatment technique and possesses the advantage of activated sludge method. The exper- iment result of continue flow shows that this method for treating the phenolic wastewa- ter with self-made biofilm carrier is obvious superior to activated sludge method of the adsorption regeneration. Under the condition of higher removal ratio, the removal loading of COD and phenol by this method is about three times as high as that by that method. It has many merits of the rapid biofilm adhesion, suitable biofilm thickness, easy fluidization, strong resistance to loading fluctuation, and high dehydrogenase activity.
