The problem of numerical value disposition of the boundary integral equation has been studying by the people who do research on Mechanics.In this paper,the boundary integral equation of axisymmetric problem is scattered,and its singularity is disposed.It makes the solution with boundary method more accurate,meanwhile,it has the generality.
