摘要
本文采用 Aems 试验研究了 D 市饮用水的致突变活性.结果表明,D 市水源水仅对菌株 TA_(98)产生阳性诱变结果,而 A,B 水厂的净化水则均能诱导菌株 TA_(98)和 TA_(100)呈致突变阳性反应.饮用水致突变活性与传统的氯化工艺以及水源水污染程度有关.
In this paper,the mutagenic activity of drinking water in D city was studied by Ames test.The results showed that the raw water in D city can only induce positive mutagenic results in strains TA_(98),but the water purified in Water works A and B can all induce positive mutagenic reaction in strains TA_(98) and TA_(100).The mutagenic activity of drinking water could be concerned with traditional chlorination process and the pollution degree of the raw water.
