在长春市区,近些年兴建了很多带地下室的多层和高层建筑,但在其基础选型上,各设计单位却存在很大的差异,本文就几种基础型式进行技术经济对比分析,供设计人员在工程设计中参考。

In recent years,more and more multi-storied and high-rise buildings with basement have been built in Changchun city,however,there are the clear differences of selection of foundation types among the architects and structure designers.In this pa- per,the technical and economical analysis for the variety of foundation types was made as the reference for the designers.
