Using the theory and knowledge of management science and enterprise management mechanism, this article systrmatically stater and analyzes the management mechanism of the big-and-driddle construction enterprise,and then points out the drawback of the management mechanism of existing enteprise in our country, in addition,builds up and improves the modcl of the management mechanism.
