对铸铁件表面高能弧束改性处理进行了热力学分析 ,得到了其简化模型 ,并依据该模型建立了改性层深度的预测公式 。

Through thermodynamic analysis on the process of High energy Beam modification of cast iron,the simplified models of heat transfer have been established.By above models,an equation to evaluate the remelted depth was obtained.The experiment on QT60-2 has proved that above mentioned models are very exact.
