电镀锌泥饼的酸浸条件对锌浸出率的影响

Effect of acid soaking condition to zinc soakingout rate on electroplating zinc wastes

研究了含锌泥饼的浸出条件。试验结果表明 ,适宜的酸浸条件 :浸取液终点 p H值为 5左右 ;液固比为 ( 3∶ 1)～ ( 4∶ 1) ;分段加酸时间为 2 h;搅拌速度为 10 0～ 2 0 0 r/min,在上述条件下用硫酸溶液进行常温浸取 ,锌浸出率可达 98% ,铁浸出率小于 1%。

The soakingout condition about containing zinc wastes was investigated. The test results showed that appropriate acid soaking condition was: soaking liquid terminus pH 5; liquid/solids was 3∶1～4∶1; adding acid time was 2 hours; mixed speed was 100～200 turn/min. Under the above-mentioned conditions used sulphuric acid liquid soaking by general temperature, the soaking-out rate of zinc was over 98%. The soaking-out rate of iron was little 1%.;
