摘要
针对50MVA硅铁电炉在长时间停炉后发生电极硬断的现象,分析了电极电流的变化对自焙电极电极糊性质和热应力的影响,从而得出电极硬断不仅是由电极糊的质量引起的,电极电流也决定了自焙电极的使用。
The electrode hard breakage after lo ng time shut down of 50MVA FeSi furnace is analysed according with effect of electrode current changes on electrode paste properties and th ermal stress,and it is concluded that electrode hard breakage is because of not only paste quality,but also electrode current .
