从槐米中提取芦丁的研究

Research of Rutin Extraction from Flower Bud Scholartree

通过实验对从槐米中提取芦丁的工艺进行了研究,得到了较佳的提取工艺条件:槐米粉碎,加入5倍量的水,用石灰水调pH值至8～9,加入3%的硼砂,抽滤。反复提取3次。滤液用稀盐酸调pH值至2～3,静置6h,析出沉淀,过滤,滤渣干燥,即得粗芦丁。将粗芦丁进行精制可得精制芦丁,纯度可达99%以上。

The extracting technology of rutin from flower bud scholartree was researched.The good extracting technology was obtained as follows :crushed the flower bud scholartree,added5folds water and regulated pH8～9with linewash,added3%borax,extracted20～30min at the temperature of50～60℃,filtered,re-peated the above operation3times,regulated the filtrate's pH2～3with hydrochloric acid,aside6hr and sep-arated out precipitate,filtered,dried the residue and then obtained rutin semifinished product.The pure rutin's con tent can reach above99%after refine.
