摘要
介绍了某名牌轿车水泵联轴器的精锻成形工艺及其参数选择,着重叙述了精锻模具的设计研究。
The technology and its parameters selection of precision forging for one end of the water pump coupling of a famous saloon car have been introduced with emphasis on design of die structure.The technology can ensure the end surface which requires high precision but can't be obtained with machining to be assembled directly after surface treat-ment.
