摘要
论述了大学科技教育在提高全民科技素养中的作用,提出在我国大学科技教育是开启民智的关键。
The paper discusses the important role played by higher education with technology to improve technological population accomplishment,and points out that higher education is key point to enlighten popularized intelligence.
